Dr. Jack Schaap is the Pastor of the First Baptist Church of Hammond. Under his leadership,
the First Baptist Church has doubled in growth in the past four years. He is the author of many books,
including one on church growth. First Baptist is recognized by Outreach Magazine as one of the 50 most
influential churches in America, and is listed among the fastest growing churches in America.

 Dr. Johnny Colsten
Dr. Johnny Colsten is an Associate Pastor of the First Baptist Church. He has been on the church staff
for over 42 years and has been serving as Associate Pastor for the last 30 of those years. He oversees the
hospital visitations. |

Eddie Lapina
Dr. Eddie Lapina is the Administrative Pastor of the First Baptist Church. He is also the Youth Coordinator of
five different youth groups which average over 1,500 teenagers weekly. He co-hosts our annual international
Youth Conference which had over 10,000 delegates in attendance in 2006. He has been involved in youth work for
over 25 years. |

Roy Moffitt
Dr. Roy Moffitt is an Associate Pastor of the First Baptist Church. He assists with the hospital
visitations and visitor follow-ups. He teaches the Friendly Fellowship Sunday school class and oversees the
Fishermen's Club and the Aaron and Hur Ministry. |
