Cheetham
Hammond, Indiana— On Sunday, November 11, First
Baptist Church will be honoring all our veterans
and military personnel who are present in the
service. In addition, special guest, Commander
Michael J. Cheetham, will be speaking. Commander
Cheetham enlisted in the United States Navy in
1986, and he currently serves as a Civil Affairs
Officer. In 2006, he graduated from the JFK
Special Warfare Center Civil Affairs Officers
Course and then was assigned to the 352nd CACOM.
He arrived in Baghdad in April of 2006, where he
served for one year.
The public is invited to this special service.
Every guest (aged 18 and older) will receive a
free gift. The service will begin at 10:30 a.m.
on Sunday, November 11, 2007, in the Main
Auditorium of the First Baptist Church, which is
located at 473 Sibley Street in Hammond,
