First Baptist Church and the City of Hammond Presents the 4th of July Family Fun Fest

Hammond, IN—The First Baptist Church of Hammond, along with the City of Hammond, will be hosting a Family Fun Fest on the 4th of July. This event will be taking place on the grounds of First Baptist Church, 507 State Street, Hammond, Indiana.
This event will start at 12:45 p.m. on Sunday, July 4, 2010, and will end at until the conclusion of the fireworks. The fun fest will include car show with over 100 cars, a motorcycle show with over 300 different bikes, kids festival with rides, military displays, over 50 different food vendors, and live patriotic music.
Weather permitting, we will be having an evening service outside and, following that service, we will be having the largest fireworks show in Northwest Indiana, starting at 9:30 p.m.
During the evening services, we will be presenting cash prizes to the winner of the car and motorcycle shows.
The entire family is welcome, and there will be no charge for the event, other than purchasing items at the food booths. Ample parking will also be available.
