Special Needs

We believe every person deserves a chance to thrive and grow in God at First Baptist Church. Our Special Needs Ministry reaches out to children, teens, and adults with physical, cognitive, and/or emotional disabilities and gives them the proper love, tools, and care to help them develop spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Our Sunbeams department cares for mentally challenged children (ages 4-13) while our Pathfinders department cares for mentally challenged adults.

The Deaf Ministry, led by Mike Holman, gives the deaf an opportunity to enjoy church with professional sign language interpretation provided.
