The best way to start getting involved at First Baptist Church is to join the church family! You can join us one of
many ways:
- Join as a new member.
- Transfer membership from another church.
- Get baptized after getting saved.
Although being baptized automatically enrolls you in our membership, we do not believe one can get saved by
baptism. We believe, and the Bible says that the only way to Heaven is by faith in Jesus Christ and Him alone.
Once you've decided you'd like to join, all you need to do is attend one of our Sunday
services. Towards the
end of the service during the invitation, come forward to the altar, and an assistant pastor will be there to help you. |

First Baptist Church has scores of different ministries for you to get involved in,
along with many different opportunities to go out and reach the world by soul winning.
In our Deaf and Blind Ministry, Sailor Ministry, Bus Ministry, Chapel Ministry, Nursing Home Ministry, and more, there is
a variety of opportunities to serve!
First Baptist Church members have the opportunity to lead hundreds and thousands,
sometimes tens of thousands, of people to the Lord in just one week! They also see dozens and dozens, sometimes even hundreds,
of people baptized every week!

With conferences, Fall and Spring Programs, special events, and three church services every week, we have things going on
all the time.
A majority of our cleaners, ushers, PA and media men, greeters, bus drivers, nursery workers, and more, are volunteer church
members that help every chance they get. Without the help of our church members, conferences, programs, special events, and
church services would not be possible!
The following is a list of some events you could take part in helping us with:
- Sunday morning - 10:45 a.m.
- Sunday evening - 7:00 p.m.
- Wednesday evening - 7:30 p.m.
